- Profile content you choose to add: photos, bio, interests, prompts, lifestyle details, and your Opening Move.
- Activity on the app: profiles you view, like, pass, or Super Like, your matches, and your messages.
- Approximate location when you enable discovery or Travel Mode, so we can show members near you.
How we use your information
- To show your profile to other members and suggest compatible matches.
- To operate core features: matching, messaging, Likes You, visitors, Boost, and filters.
- To keep the community safe: moderation, fraud and scam detection, and enforcing our Community Guidelines.
- To process memberships and coin purchases you choose to make.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
- We never show your email address, exact location, or real-time activity to other members.
- We never read your messages for advertising purposes.
Your privacy controls
- Private mode: only people you've liked can see your profile.
- Invisible browsing: view profiles without appearing in their visitors list.
- Pause discovery: keep your matches while hiding your profile from new members.
- Block and report: instantly end contact and hide your profiles from each other.
Data retention & deletion
- Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.
- When you delete your account, your profile, matches, and messages are removed from active systems. Limited records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Security
- Data is encrypted in transit and access to your information is restricted to what is needed to operate the service.
- Row-level access controls ensure members can only ever read and modify their own data.
Children
- This service is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and any such account is removed.
